Mr. Affleck has had a broad career in the insurance field and is now engaged in consulting and giving expert witness testimony in litigation and arbitration. His presentation will include the following topics, which will help you understand and deal with the ever changing insurance products and issues which arise:
(1) "look under the hood" of a life insurance contract (how to understand illustrations),
(2) address trends in the industry (mortality rates, product design trends, etc.)
(3) address pitfalls and common reasons for claims against agents, fiduciaries, companies, etc.
Continuing Education credit has been applied for Attorneys, CFPs, CPAs, Enfolled Agents, and Bankers.
