Options for how to provide for the surviving spouse, minor children, disabled beneficiary, elderly beneficiaries, and a “plain old\n designated beneficiary,” including at options to use and those to avoid, such as: Dynasty trust (no), 678 trust (no), conduit trust (sometimes), marital trust, charitable remainder trust, spray trust, and minors’ trusts.\n \nLearning Objectives:\n \nHow to integrate retirement benefits into the typical estate plan now that the life expectancy payout is no longer available for most beneficiaries.
