Annual Meeting

Each year at this meeting, the new officers slate is approved and the upcoming slate of directors is voted upon by our attendees. This year we will need one director from our membership. If you are interested in board service and want to get some details, feel free to contact any director. Our board meets four times each year to set programming and discuss how to best serve you, our members. Honestly, this is a great group of people and we enjoy our time together.

Should you wish to be considered for board service, please email me no later than April 27.

Immediately following our Annual Meeting, we are pleased to welcome Susan Rounds, JD, CPA who will present:

This presentation will:
(1) Identify the key drivers that underlie the business dynamics and the family dynamics;
(2) illustrate a three-pronged approach to designing an integrated business succession plan that aligns the goals and objectives of the business and the family
(3) discuss strategic opportunities and pre-transaction planning steps to optimize the chosen path.
